China "Go Abroad" Alliance Forum

China “Go Abroad” Alliance & Yingke Global Board of Directors & Global Advisory Board Forums held by Yingke Law Firm grandly opened in the Marriott Hotel on 26th October 2015.

There were over 400 guests including Yingke law firm domestic partners, executive directors from local branches, 19 global partners from UK, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Russia, Spain, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Slovak Republic, Dubai and Israel, as well as some members of China “Go Aboard” Alliance attended. Ms. Yang Linda, Global Partner of Yingke and Director of Yingke International, acted as the MC of the Forums.

In China “Go Abroad” Alliance Forum session, four speakers participated and gave their speeches, who are Mr. Han Yihu, the General Manager of the China Economic Consulting Corporation of China Center for International Economic Exchanges Co., Ltd.; Mr. Mei Shaohua, the executive director of China Smart City Investment Union; Mr. Antonino Laspina, Trade Commissioner, Director of the Italian Trade Commission in China; the CEO of C.V. Starr Company Strategic Partners Group and Ms. Zhang Wei, Vice-President of Beijing Bar Association. Sir Alongkorn Ponlaboot, the famous politician of Thailand and the prime Vice-Chairman of the Thai Parliament recorded a video for this forum. They indicated that it was a necessity for Chinese enterprises to “Go Abroad” for development, and the establishment of the Alliance will help the enterprises do the overseas investment and construction in a more proper way. As a commercial-styled law firm capable of global legal services, Yingke was merging into the world actively and constructing its global legal service network. It was a pleasure to cooperate with Yingke that enterprises can benefit more in showing their advantages, while Yingke provided with more professional services to the clients.

China “Go Abroad” Alliance is Co-initiated by Beijing Yingke Law Firm, the China Economic Consulting Corporation of China Center for International Economic Exchanges Co., Ltd., China Smart City Investment Union and China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC). In Yingke Global Advisory Board Forum session, participated guests watched videos from three overseas consultants of our Global Advisory Board, Mr. Francisco Sanchez, the former Vice-Minister of Commerce Department of US and the Chairman of CNS Global Advisors; Mr. Bijan Sedghi, the partner, lawyer and the senior investment consultant in UK; Mr. Oudom Wang, Chairman of the board of Thailand Yuxi International Investment Group Co., Ltd. The Global Advisory Board had given their wishes in the achievement of the global strategy of Yingke Law Firm in a larger area in the future and also a prospect on the development of global cooperation. Meanwhile, Mr. Fu Yixiang from Italian Chamber of Commerce and the business representative, Mr. Xu Jifei from China National Electric Engineering Corporation accepted to be the global advisors of Yingke Law Firm.

In Yingke Global Board of Directors Forum session, global partners Dr. Koehler from Yingke Germany, Mr. Eyal from Yingke Israel, Mr. Renato from Yingke Brazil, Mr. Tom from Yingke Greece and Mr. Marat from Yingke Russia made their speech respectively. They introduced the current growth and achievement of the Global Board of Directors and also gave comments and suggestions for future sustainable development of the cooperation. Mr. Mei Xiangrong, Founding Partner, Global Partner and Director of Yingke Law Firm was nominated as the Chairman of Yingke Global Board of Directors; Ms. Yang Linda, Global Partner of Yingke and Director of Yingke International would serve as the Executive Chairman of Yingke Global Board of Directors; Dr. Koehler from Yingke Germany, Mr. Eyal from Yingke Israel, Mr. Renato from Yingke Brazil, Mr. Tom from Yingke Greece and Mr. Marat from Yingke Russia would work as Vice-Chairman of Yingke Global Board of Directors.
