盈科泰国与格乐大学国际学院合作交流会

为进一步加强学校、律师事务律所友好合作，2023年8月13日应盈科（泰国）律师事务所（以下简称“盈科泰国”）邀请，格乐大学国际学院博士导师代表谢明勋、胡小伟、曹兴华、朱玲玲、杨弼君老师，在读法律博士代表夏小琼、硕士代表文英、程博、何旭同学到访盈科泰国参观交流。盈科泰国执行主任王倩倩、盈科全球总部合伙人寇翼、盈科成都高级合伙人肖敬双、前任泰国投资委员会驻中国办公室主任APIPONG(吴永泉)、执业律师PKIN SANTASWANG 、市场经理CHANON SIMIVANICH 热情接待了格乐大学国际学院代表团。

In order to further strengthen the friendly cooperation between the school and the law firm, on August 13, 2023, at the invitation of Yingke Law Office (Thailand) (hereinafter referred to as "Yingke Thailand"), the representatives of doctoral supervisors from the International College of Krirk University, Mr. Xie Mingxun, Mr. Hu Xiaowei, Mr. Cao Xinghua, Ms. Zhu Lingling and Ms. Yang Bijun, the representatives of  doctoral students, Ms. Xia Xiaoqiong, the representatives of the master’s students, Wen Ying, Cheng Bo, He Xu, visited Yingke Thailand for exchange. The delegation was warmly received by Ms. Wang Qianqian, Executive Director of Yingke Thailand, Mr. Kou Yi, Partner of Yingke International Headquarters, Mr. Xiao Jingshuang, Senior Partner of  Yingke Thailand, Mr. APIPONG, Former Director of the Thailand Board Of Investment, Mr. PKIN SANTASWANG, Practicing Attorney, and Mr. CHANON SIMIVANICH, Marketing Manager of Yingke Thailand.

王倩倩主任带领代表团参观了盈科泰国现代化的办公环境、功能布局，并介绍盈科泰国在专业建设、业务拓展、人才引进的相关情况。

随后双方在盈科泰国会议室正式开始“中泰法律服务暨校所合作交流会”，会议由肖敬双律师主持。

Director Wang Qianqian led the delegation to visit Yingke Thailand's office and introduced it's functional layout, and the progress of Yingke Thailand's professional construction, business development and talent introduction. 

Afterwards, the two sides formally started the " Sino-Thai Legal Services and School-Firm Cooperation Exchange Meeting" in the conference room of Yingke Thailand, which was presided over by lawyer Xiao Jingshuang.

首先，寇翼律师向大家详细介绍了盈科律所的相关情况，包括盈科全球布局，国际化、专业化、数智化、碳中和建设的相关情况，同时重点介绍了盈科律所与高校开展校所合作的相关情况。截止到2022年12月底，在校所合作方面，盈科律所已与北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、中国政法大学、西南政法大学等近160所高校展开合作，共设100余个教学实践基地。2022年，盈科共解决上千名大学生就业，为“稳就业”作出盈科贡献。

First of all, lawyer Kou Yi gave a detailed introduction of the Yingke Law Firm, including Yingke s global layout, scale, specialization, branding, and internationalization, while focusing on the cooperation between Yingke Law Firm and colleges, universities. As of the end of December 2022, Yingke has cooperated with nearly 160 universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and has set up more than 100 teaching and practice bases. And in 2022, Yingke has solved the employment problems of thousands of university students, contributing to the "stabilization of employment".

随后双方代表就中泰法律服务及校所合作的相关事宜开展了深入交流和探讨。

第一，关于中泰法律服务合作方面，格乐大学国际学院代表介绍了中国的相关法律服务现状，盈科泰国律师代表PKIN SANTASWANG介绍了泰国的相关法律服务现状，双方就中泰法律服务各自现状、异同、相互协作合作进行了深度探讨。

第二，关于法律实践人才的培养方面，盈科泰国坚持以人为本的发展战略，希望与格乐大学建立战略合作关系，成为格乐大学的教学实践基地，热烈欢迎我校毕业生前往盈科泰国实习。 

第三，关于共同进行重大法律课题研究、法律服务产品开发方面，双方就中泰企业相互跨国投资的法律服务领域、财税服务领域可进行深度的研究和合作；同时，双方就导师互聘、公益活动开展等领域也进行了相应的交流。

Subsequently, the representatives of both sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on matters related to Sino-Thail legal services and cooperation between schools and institutes. 

Firstly, on the cooperation of legal services between China and Thailand, the representative of the Krirk University introduced the current situation of legal services in China, and PKIN SANTASWANG, the representative of Yingke Thailand lawyers, introduced the current situation of legal services in Thailand, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the current situation, similarities and differences, cooperation and cooperation of legal services in China and Thailand. 

Secondly, regarding the cultivation of legal practice talents, Yingke Thailand adheres to the people-oriented development strategy and hopes to establish a strategic cooperative relationship with Krirk University, to become the teaching and practice base of Krirk University. Graduates of Krirk university are warmly welcomed to come to Yingke Thailand for internships. 

Thirdly, regarding joint research on major legal issues and development of legal service products, the two sides could carry out in-depth research and cooperation in the fields of legal services and taxation services; at the same time, the two sides have also carried out corresponding exchanges in the fields of mutual employment of tutors and public welfare activities.

未来，双方将充分发挥合作优势，积极开展校内校外合作交流，增强学术研究和法律实务的融合教学，全面提升学生的专业素养和专业水平，实现理论与实践培养深度融合，共同致力于培养更多高层次、应用型、复合型、法律人才。

In the future, the two sides will give full play to the advantages of cooperation, actively carry out on-campus and off-campus cooperation and exchanges, enhance the academic research and integration of legal practice teaching, comprehensively enhance the professionalism of the students, realize the depth of integration of theoretical and practical cultivation, and work together to cultivate more high-level, application-oriented, composite, legal talents.

格乐大学 Krirk University

格乐大学是泰国最负盛名的大学之一，由克里克 曼克拉弗里克博士于 1952 年创建。自 1970 年以来，该大学一直致力于促进高等教育的发展，并于 1995 年升为大学。该校有两个重要的学院以英语和汉语教学而闻名，即国际学院和政治传播学院。

格乐大学一直积极参与社会活动，以提高学生的社会技能、社会责任感和对社会的贡献。格乐大学的许多教师为公共部门和私营企业做出了贡献。例如，帮助周边社区解决社会问题，在许多组织中担任重要职务。

格乐大学的校友在政治、社会和教育领域做出了杰出贡献。校友包括农业与合作社部部长 Chalermchai Sreeon 博士、教育部副部长 Kanokwan Vilawan 博士、总理办公室部长秘书 Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana 博士、曼谷国会议员 Sira Jenjaka 先生和演员 Mario Maurer 先生。

为了促进教育与社会变革，格乐大学与泰国和中国的教育机构签署了合作备忘录（MoU）。

Krirk University is one of the most highly-reputed universities in Thailand and was founded in 1952 by Dr. Krirk Mangkhlaphrik. It has been promoting higher education since 1970 and was upgraded to university status in 1995. We have two important colleges i.e., the International College and the Political Communication College, which are known for having English and Chinese language teaching.

Krirk University has been actively involved in society to enhance students’ social skills, sense of social responsibility and their contributions to human society. Many faculty members of Krirk University have contributed to the public and private sectors. For example, some researchers have helped surrounding communities to solve social problems, and some lecturers have taken important roles in many organizations.

The Alumni of Krirk University have made distinguished contributions in the political, social and education spheres. It has Alumni such as Dr. Chalermchai Sreeon, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives; Dr. Kanokwan Vilawan, Deputy Minister of Education; Dr.Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, Secretary to the Minister of Office of the Prime Minister; Mr. Sira Jenjaka, Member of Parliament of Bangkok and Mr. Mario Maurer, actor.

To promote education with social change, Krirk University has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with a number of education institutions in Thailand as well as China.
